My 3d Showreel 2009/10. This contains the majority of my commercial 3D work for the last few years. Clients include Tesco, Virgin, T-mobile, Mclaren. 3ds max, photoshop and after effects are my main work-horses.
Tesco – Next Generation Grocery Shopping
A 3d & WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) POC for Tesco, exploring the idea of grocery shopping with cutting edge technology. The video below is from the Microsoft PDC, forward to 58 seconds to see the 3D in action. 3dsmax and Microsoft Blend were used to build both assets and code for the application.
Smart Metering
Smart metering was a project to help energy clients engage customers in innovative ways. The 3D house is customisable to suit users needs and empowers them to take control over their energy use. A screen capture of the app in use can be viewed here:
CommonWealth Games – Visualisation
I was part of a 3D team delivering a series of visualisation for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth games. This were then used to help promote the games far in advance. Go here to see more images from their official website. 3dsmax, Photoshop & Vray were used to deliver the images.
Mclaren – Data Visualisation
A visualisation for Mclaren to explain how data is communicated between the car, HQ in Woking England and the on track team. 3dsmax , Vray & Aftereffects.
T-Mobile : My village
This project was exploring the idea of bringing T-mobile customers together via mobile. Mashing up 3d virtual worlds, augmented realities, users could share life experiences .
Wetherby – Architectural Visualisation
This was anarchitectural visualisation project spanning a large development in Wetherby. All assets were used as promotional material. 3dsmax , Vray & AfterEffects
Deltabuy – Interior Architectural Visualisation
This was a series of Visualisations for a Hotel refurbishment. 3dsmax & Vray
Virgin Media
Pitch Material for Virgin Media. The images were used to illustrate how the virgin devices in the home all “talk” together to provide a unified experience. Created with 3dsmax & Vray.
